Another year, another Hourly Comics Day! This year caught me doing summer classes just like last year, it was a busy day but I still managed to finish these on time 🌟
…When Rodrigo and I went to SPX/CXC back in September I was really excited to try and keep a travel journal during the trip! I had already been keeping a daily journal during the year, and the idea of having an illustrated travel journal as a memory of our trip was so cool…
Anyway, I finished catching up on my travel journal pages this morning—almost 3 months later. Whoops…?
I was looking through my hard drive the other day and thought it’d be fun to collect all my “yellow” avatars! I’ve been consistently using a variation of the same avatar since 2014, mostly to keep myself easily recognizable.
That last one is a variant that I made specifically for joining new social media platforms (Hive, Threads, Bluesky…et cetera…) because I’m 30 and very tired, haha 💦

A little love letter to my favorite band and my best friend Dani (who now owns the original pages!!). This was originally done for the 2022 edition of the Tid-Bits zine, which was themed around music. You can dowload it for free over here!
